Tweetbooty is a website and marketing service created and maintained by Tweetbooty, LLC, which is a Utah Limited Liability Company.
Tweetbooty is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Twitter Inc., the Twitter website, or the Twitter communications service in any way. Tweetbooty does not rely on or use any Twitter trademarks.
Tweetbooty is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Facebook Inc., the Facebook website, or the Facebook social media service in any way. Tweetbooty does not rely on or use any Facebook trademarks.
You do not have to register your information at Tweetbooty.com to use our website or Service currently. You must be a member of either Twitter or Facebook currently to receive marketing offers and updates from us and our advertisers. You therefore agree to review and get comfortable with the privacy policies and terms of service for Twitter and/or Facebook BEFORE you join either of them as a member.
You acknowledge that Tweetbooty is NOT affiliated or direct business partners with either Twitter or Facebook and therefore has no control over each site's privacy practices or terms of service. You agree to hold Tweetbooty, LLC harmless for any claim or dispute that you may have with Twitter or Facebook directly, even if it relates directly to the Tweetbooty website or marketing service.
You agree that winners of giveaways and contests will be chosen at random from among the participants who meet ALL of the criteria and guidelines specified by Tweetbooty for any given giveaway or contest. You understand that this criteria and guidelines are determined exclusively by Tweetbooty and may change from contest to contest and from giveaway to giveaway.
You agree to provide us with the necessary shipping information so we can mail you a physical prize, if applicable, on a timely basis if you win a contest or giveaway.
You agree to hold Tweetbooty, LLC harmless for any information that does not accurately represent our company, our marketing service or any specific contest or giveaway that you receive from a source other than Tweetbooty.com.
You agree to Join Groups and participate in contests and giveaways that are relevant to you based on your physical location (e.g., where you live, where you work or where you travel). Contest and Giveaways must be redeemed at a location or locations approved by the sponsor / advertiser. You agree to hold Tweetbooty, LLC harmless for any contest prize or giveaway that you are unable to redeem due to lack of proximity. There is no cash value to any prize or giveaway offered through Tweetbooty. You agree that we are not responsible for the redemption of any prize or contest giveaway once you have been notified of the award.
You agree that any prize or giveaway won is not transferrable to another user, follower or member and is not exchangeable for another prize or giveaway.
You agree that Tweetbooty, LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred to your prize or giveaway through the US Postal system, USPS, Fedex mailing services. You agree to hold Tweetbooty, LLC harmless for any damages incurred to your prize or giveaway after it has been mailed or sent to you.
You specifically acknowledge and agree that Tweetbooty, LLC has the sole right to approve, block or delete any follower on Twitter or any member on a Facebook Group, at our sole discretion, for any reason we deem in good faith to be in the best interest of our service.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Tweetbooty marketing service for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
