• Our current service at Tweetbooty.com DOES NOT require you to register with us to use or participate in our service. As such, we do not collect any personal information from our users (no first or last name, no e-mail, no phone number, no home or work address or any other types of personal information). We intentionally setup our service to be discreet, anonymous and opt-in.
• Tweetbooty DOES offer prizes and giveaways regularly for its users and, where possible, (where a electronic gift certificate award is the prize) we will use the established social media infrastructure to notify the winners so again you won't have to provide any personal information to redeem awards.
• If you happen to win a giveaway contest and we need to mail you physical product or a paper gift certificate or if we need ensure the validity of your contest entry for any prize type, we will ask you to provide us the necessary information so we can either ship the prize to you or so we can validate your entry.
• You agree to review and get comfortable with the privacy policies and terms of service for Twitter and/or Facebook BEFORE you join either of them as a member. You acknowledge that Tweetbooty is NOT affiliated or direct business partners with either Twitter or Facebook and therefore has no control over each site’s privacy practices. You agree to hold Tweetbooty, LLC harmless for any claim or dispute that you may have with Twitter or Facebook directly.
• See our promise to you. We won't abuse your trust on privacy issues. That's the high-level bit so hopefully more legal mumbo jumbo isn't required to make you feel all warm and fuzzy about our using our service.
